ZocDoc, the award-winning startup, is seeking an outgoing, outstanding Client Services Manager. Our company will revolutionize the healthcare system in this country – we’ve already started – and we’re looking for the best of the best to join our team.
This job is an important one – you will be the face/voice/personality of our company. We are looking for someone eager to work hard, enthusiastic about supporting and training our clients, interested in healthcare, savvy with computers, able to handle the administrative duties of a high energy startup, and basically run the ship. Specific requirements below.
Building a call center
- Work directly with COO and development team to establish best practices
- Develop scripts/training materials to reflect our customer-friendly voice
- Recruit additional call team members as needed
- Establish metrics/monitoring
- Be accountable for service level provided
Oversee client training program
- Develop training materials for clients
- Maintain relationships with clients
- Recruit, train, and manage second-level support team members
- Establish metrics/monitoring
